HPT is the broad set of technologies – assessments, learning interventions, and program administration, to name a few – in our toolbox. We then use our tools to improve the financial performance of employees, which in turn improves the performance of employers.

      At a design level, HPT allows us to isolate and leverage system components. The household financial system’s inputs (income, financial skills, behavior, etc.), processes (cash flow management, risk management, investing, etc.), output (standard of living), and consequences (goal attainment, stress level, community contribution, etc.) provide the framework for our financial wellness program.
